valentine's special! partner yoga saturday, feb. 13, 430-630pm, with Jennifer Davis, followed by wine and chocolates. Enjoy yoga with a partner, friend or family member. Find balance as you practice together, breathing, moving, laughing and having fun. Learn to trust and communicate with each other as you explore the benefits of partner yoga. You will adjust and assist each other as you build strength and flexibility. Practice giving and receiving a little Thai massage and end in deep relaxation. A great way to introduce a beginner to yoga, no experience is necessary. $30 each or $55/pair, register by feb. 11, 5-pair minimum.
